Contributions and tax (indicative, French rules, single person, no other income): micro-business regime up to €83,600 of receipts (2026 threshold), with 25.6% URSSAF contributions, 0.2% training levy and 2.2% flat-rate income tax; above that, sole trader on actual profit with social contributions of about 31% of profit and income tax on the 2026 scale. No income is guaranteed and building a team requires real support. The multiple of 3 is an average observed in sales within the network, not a guaranteed price.

- Fees apply to each sale made after a tier is reached.
- Shared sale: half the fees count towards your revenue, and admin fees are split 50/50.
- Counted: sales (resale, new-build, business premises), lettings and delegated listings. Not counted: business referrals and recommendations, transfers between advisors.
- You receive 69% on each sale; the top-up is an annual bonus you can invoice from February of the following year, provided you are still in the network.
- Cannot be combined with the national TOP bonuses: the more favourable one applies.
