Training, however, is mandatory: iad trains you from the start and throughout your career (42 hours every 3 years under French law). In other countries, the local iad entity's rules apply.

In France, with the Starter+ offer, the Premium Pack costs €99 a month excl. VAT (€118.80 incl. VAT) until your first sale, for 6 months, extendable to 12 months with at least 50 propertips affiliates. It then goes up to €166.58 excl. VAT (€199.90 incl. VAT). Add €90 excl. VAT registration fees: the first direct debit does not exceed €226.80 incl. VAT. Offer for new advisors activated until 30 June 2027.

In France, most advisors start as micro-entrepreneurs: contributions of about 25.6% (19.2% with the ACRE scheme), up to €83,600 excl. VAT of revenue per year. As the business grows, the standard regime lets you deduct your costs. We look together at what suits your situation, and the network offers accounting support.

Yes, in some cases. In France, a sales agent activity can be combined with a salaried job if your employment contract has no exclusivity clause. If you receive unemployment benefits from France Travail, combining them is often possible under conditions: check with your France Travail adviser before starting.

With at least 6 months' experience as a negotiator, sales agent, estate agent or agency manager, you get specific onboarding terms and fast-track access to the Bronze qualification if you want to build a team. We prepare the exit from your current contract together: notice period, non-compete, current listings.

No. You can spend your whole career focusing on your sales. Building a team is an option you open up whenever you wish, once trained and after your first transactions.

The Team Integration Program supports the arrival of a team of at least 3 real estate professionals. The team leader receives 10% of the new branch's transaction revenue excl. VAT, every quarter for up to 24 months, on top of sponsorship commissions. iad approves the programme case by case.

At iad, there is no assigned territory for building a team, in France or in the countries where the network operates. I support you by video call and in person, and classroom training takes place across France and through each country's local iad entity.

Yes. iad operates in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Mexico and the United States (Florida, Texas). Each country has its own entity, contract and rules for entering the profession: a qualification in Italy, a licence in Germany or Florida, no qualification in Spain, Portugal or Mexico. I remain your sponsor wherever you are, and a local sponsor can support you in the field where the local entity allows it.

It is iad's referral app, open to everyone, no need to be an advisor. You refer someone who wants to sell or buy, an iad advisor takes care of everything, and you get paid if the sale goes through: €500 on average for a listing (lowest average reward recorded in 2025). You can also invite people you know and earn €75 on average on each of their successful referrals.
