Getting into the job
What you need to start.
Licence
63 hours of approved training (60 h pre-licensing and 3 h ethics), online or in class, for about $200 to $400, then a 2-hour exam, which can be retaken after 24 hours.
Broker
The Realtor licence is registered with a broker: at iad, that is iad Florida LLC. Liability insurance is mandatory.

Temporary sponsorship
Since April 2024, a sponsor based locally can support you for up to 18 months on property and local specifics, while I train you in the iad model.

During the launch phase, advisors are Bronze sponsors from day one, with no qualification maintenance.

Not yet available: unlicensed referrers are not allowed. Only referrals between licensed agents are possible.

Approval by the local entity
The country's iad team approves your file and guides you through local formalities.
Training
The local entity's programme, on site, and the iad online university, available around the clock.
Ongoing support
I support you remotely and on site. Where the local entity allows it, a local sponsor can support you in the field.
One network. If you ever move to another iad country, you keep your qualification, your team and your sponsor. Only the host country's training programme has to be completed again.
Texas. iad also operates in Texas. Conditions there are specific to the state: I can send them to you on request.
