How a sale works

United Kingdom

  1. Listing agreement signed

  2. Offer: it does not bind the seller and outbidding is common

  3. Conveyancers instructed, financing and surveys

  4. Exchange of contracts and deposit paid

  5. Completion: funds released, keys handed over, commission paid

Allow about 5 months between offer and completion.

Joining with me

Five steps, at your own pace.

  1. A first chat

A coffee in Perpignan or a video call, in French, English or Spanish.

  2. Your sponsorship request

I file it on the iad platform, stating the country and area where you will work.

  3. Approval by the local entity

The country's iad team approves your file and guides you through local formalities.

  4. Training

The local entity's programme, on site, and the iad online university, available around the clock.

  5. Ongoing support

I support you remotely and on site. Where the local entity allows it, a local sponsor can support you in the field.

One network. If you ever move to another iad country, you keep your qualification, your team and your sponsor. Only the host country's training programme has to be completed again.
