How a sale works

Portugal

  1. Mandatory listing agreement (exclusive, semi-exclusive or open)

  2. Offer signed by the buyer and countersigned by the owner

  3. Preliminary contract, often before a lawyer, with a deposit of about 10%

  4. Deed before a notary or lawyer, with no minimum legal waiting period: a sale can move very fast

The commission can be paid by the buyer or the seller, in whole or in part at the preliminary contract.

Joining with me

Five steps, at your own pace.

  1. A first chat

A coffee in Perpignan or a video call, in French, English or Spanish.

  2. Your sponsorship request

I file it on the iad platform, stating the country and area where you will work.

  3. Approval by the local entity

The country's iad team approves your file and guides you through local formalities.

  4. Training

The local entity's programme, on site, and the iad online university, available around the clock.

  5. Ongoing support

I support you remotely and on site. Where the local entity allows it, a local sponsor can support you in the field.

One network. If you ever move to another iad country, you keep your qualification, your team and your sponsor. Only the host country's training programme has to be completed again.
