How a sale works

Germany

  1. Listing agreement signed

  2. Price agreement between seller and buyer, with proof of funds

  3. Sale contract signed and certified at the notary, about two weeks later

  4. Payment 6 to 9 weeks later and transfer of ownership

The commission is payable on signing if both parties wish, otherwise on payment for the property.

Joining with me

Five steps, at your own pace.

  1. A first chat

A coffee in Perpignan or a video call, in French, English or Spanish.

  2. Your sponsorship request

I file it on the iad platform, stating the country and area where you will work.

  3. Approval by the local entity

The country's iad team approves your file and guides you through local formalities.

  4. Training

The local entity's programme, on site, and the iad online university, available around the clock.

  5. Ongoing support

I support you remotely and on site. Where the local entity allows it, a local sponsor can support you in the field.

One network. If you ever move to another iad country, you keep your qualification, your team and your sponsor. Only the host country's training programme has to be completed again.
