Getting into the job
What you need to start.
Status
Partita IVA to start (a simplified regime similar to micro-enterprise exists), then estate agent status after the exam. You cannot combine it with unemployment benefits.
Insurance
Mandatory liability insurance: about €200 a year.

Start without waiting for the qualification.
As soon as you register with the Chamber of Commerce, you join a collaborative space: access to the iad Italy platform, contact with sellers, preparing listings, viewings. A qualified local advisor validates documents and publishes the listings; they receive 24% of the commission and you 45%. A dedicated onboarding programme supports you up to the patentino, alongside the iad programme.

I support you remotely and on site. Where the local entity allows it, a local sponsor can support you in the field.
One network. If you ever move to another iad country, you keep your qualification, your team and your sponsor. Only the host country's training programme has to be completed again.

Subject to meeting local requirements for entering the country and the profession (visa, qualification, licence…).
